A gift from Santa So we received a package from Santa the other day, (The kids could not believe that Santa knew our mailing address. They were thrilled!) Inside the package was a book called "Elf on the Self" Inside was this little elf and a story about how he is here to watch the kids during the day and then at night he returns to Santa to report how the day went. Each morning he hides in a new spot and the kids have to find him. Talk about fun!! The kids wake up each morning eager to find Mistletoe (As a family we named him, it was not an easy task but we did it!!) He has found some pretty interesting spots. The great thing about it is, his presence has help them watch their actions a little more clearly. (I have to note that as I am posting this I am looking at the picture and realizing how dusty my light is, embarassing! Oh well I wanted to have a picture of him to show. Needless to say I am on my way right now to do a little dusting!!)
