WE LOVE SPRING BREAK!!!

We were so excited and ready for Spring Break. We decided to head to Phoenix and enjoy our time there. Rusty and Tracy were wonderful to take our family on and we hope they know how much we appreciate their hospitality. They made our trip so much fun! We started by heading to Arizona Mills Mall. We had lunch at the Rain Forest Cafe and the kids thought that it was amazing! Ben was a little unsure of the animals and the noises, but he couldn't believe his eyes. After the mall we headed to one of Kev's friends Ryan Young who is an Orthodontist. He looked at Abi's teeth (She was thrilled) and told us she can get braces when ever we are ready!!!! We had a wonderful vacation.

The kids were determined to swim in Uncle Rusty's and Aunt Tracy's pool. It was warm outside but not warm enough to heat the water. The kids realized this pretty fast. They still stayed in for awhile and went again the next day.

The water was very shocking for Ben. He kind of fell in and Mac was right there to save him! Thank Heavens for big brothers.

We went to Chuck E. Cheeses while on vacation. GGMa and GGPa were able to join us and that was such a treat!! The kids think that this place is awesome. They loved running around being able to play what ever game they wanted.

Mac was the best help he took Benjamin every where he went. Mac thought the games were great.

Abi went crazy on all of the games. Her goal was to get as many tickets as she could. We did end up with nearly 500!!

On our last day in Phoenix we headed to the Zoo. We had a great time. We were excited that Rusty took the day off and was able to join us. We did miss Tracy and Nathan, but we had fun. The kids loved looking at the different animals.

We all loved the Monkey village! It was an area where these little monkeys are loose. They were so fun to watch. They would swing over you the kids thought that was great!

Ben thought this Iguana was too cool! The funny thing was it didn't move it just stayed there staring at everyone.

One of our favorite animals was, of course, the turtles. Why our family loves turtles so much is a mystery, but we thought they were very cool!

We were so glad that Uncle Rusty was able to come with us.

Abi was dying the whole way through the Zoo to ride the carousel. On our way out her wish came true!!!

Abi had a great basketball season!! She loves the game and you can tell by the way she plays. She was sick for a few of the games, but when she came back she was on fire. She scored 10 points one game with some beautiful moves. She is not afraid of the ball and is pretty aggressive. She really is fun to watch. WAY TO GO ABI!!!!!

Ben was sick!! He was running a fever and could just not stay awake. I was making phone calls to cancel school and this is where I found him when I was done. Poor little guy.
