SPRING BREAK 2012
Salt Lake City Utah
We love Spring Break!! We started off our trip with spending some time with our Beaver family and then we headed up North to show our kids what Salt Lake City, Utah had to offer.
Our first stop was the Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum. It was AMAZING! The kids loved it!
Ben wants to climb on top where the "Cool" things are!
Miss Maggie was just amazed! Sometimes a little scared but overall she loved it!
Building our own Dinosaur, Ben wanted to try them on first.
Then it was onto the sand table that any kids, and many adults could spend hours at.
AHH me and my girl!
Pretty Great pictures!
We loved the museum! Maggie (below) had fun with all the hands on activities.
Our next stop was to the Aquarium. Didn't know Salt Lake had one, but it was amazing!
Hello Mr. Lobster, I bet my brother, the chef would love to get his hand on you!!!!
Kev absolutely loves being able to touch marine life. Here we are petting the sting rays. I think they knew he loved them because they kept going over to him.
Of course one of my favorites was the penquins, highly entertaining!
I have to say that the river Otters were another one of my favorites. Kev said, "No" I couldn't take one home for our family pet.
Seriously look at the size of those fish behind Ben!
And of course we had to go to Chucky Cheese! Ahh how we love Chucky Cheese..... I even got into the fun of it!
Our last stop was to the Temple and the conference center. It was neat to be able to get a tour of the conference center, and know that in only a few weeks we would be watching conference on T.V. This picture is taken from the top of the conference building and it was AWESOME!!
This was also at the top of the conference center.
Right in front of the conference center, the water fall was so beautiful!
The view of the Temple for the top of the conference center, so beautiful!
"Stand ye in Holy places"
We had a wonderful Spring break! I can't believe that we didn't get any pictures with our wonderful hosts. My brother Jon and his wife Megan were so willing to take us in and we loved being able to spend time with them, and sweet Elliott!
