Getting ready! Poor little Maggie, we have been so caught up in life that we have forgotten to get ready for our little Angel's birth (thank heavens my mom hasn't).But we ordered and received her car seat! She can come anytime now!

We did it!! We finally did it!!! We worked and worked all day on Saturday and finally were able to get the van in the garage! YEAH!!!!

Abi's Donation Abi has been working for sometime to grow her hair long enough to donate to Locks of Love. She finally made it, barely but she did it!
She really likes the new look, and wow does her hair look healthier and fuller! She was excited.

I love this picture; look at the perfect innocent face, no one would ever know that just moments before he was tourmenting his siblings. What a guy!!!!

I can't believe that this picture was left out. Sorry! Doesn't she look so cute. I know Abi in a skirt, she picked out the outfit beleive it or not!
And we begin again!!! Kev looking good on his first day of school.
Look how grown up he looks; what a handsome guy!

Ben wanted to take part although he doesn't start until the 13th.

And off we go!!

So I always take pictures of the kids at school. I wasn't going to do things any differently just because our Abi was going to middle school. So I parked and we walked across the street (she wanted to hold my hand, I am going to cherish this because I don't know if that will happen again.) Kev had bus duty so he was watching us walk up and I took my picture and had her stand by her dad for a picture. I thought this is great. I am going to take advantage while she will let me. Kev called on his prep and asked, "Why did you walk her up to campus and take pictures." I just chuckeled; again I am going to get picutres while she lets me. Kev told me she wanted to hold his hand on the way to class. He said he had to draw the line there, for her. She was so nervous, but so excited! She had a great first day.
Our sweet Mac is in first grade. We walked to school and he was about five feet in front of us. I asked him if he wanted us to pick him up after school and he said I guess today, but not tomorrow. Oh well I have one who still wants to hold my hand and one who walks in ahead of me. I just thought these roles would be switched. Mac had a great day and thinks he is going to like first grade and his teacher, Mrs. Watson.

Our Last Hurrah!!! On Friday night we realized that was the last day for a summer sleep over. So we husseled and threw a little party together. Abi invited a friend for a sleep over, Macs friend was out of town, but he still had fun. We had ice cream sundaes and rented a couple of movies.
UMMMM UMMM Good!! The boys took care of their own sundaes and I am surprised they didn't have tummy aches!
The girls decided to sleep down stairs on the air matress, I should say what little sleep they got.

14 years ago today Kev and I were married in the Manti LDS temple. These have been the happiest years of our lives. We feel blessed to have each other. Happy aniversary Kev love you!!
Kev, Kev, he's our man if he can't do it no one can!!!!We were so excited to get our blinds. We were a little worried they would be a pain to put up and take forever, but Kev was like a pro! He had them all up in no time, all 16 windows!!!
We were so excited with how they turned out. We couldn't believe the difference it made.

Even closed they looked great!!

Fun Times in Farmington!! We saved all of our vactions for the end of summer. We were so excited to head to Famington. It has been awhile since we have been there and we had a great time. We have made a tradition to go right before school starts and do our school shopping. We found some great deals and the kids and Kev are all set! We had fun with Grandma and Grandpa and we loved that GGma and GGpa were there so we could visit with them.
While we were there we went to the Children Musuem. The kids loved it!!! What a neat little place I think the adults enjoyed it as much as the kids.

Grandpa and Grandma invested in a Slip and Slide for the kids. They had a great time playing in the water.

Ben has been having a bit of a hard time listening to us. He is full of it and gives us a run for our money. So needless to say he didn't get to try out the slip and slide right away, he had to sit inside and watch the other two have fun. Poor guy maybe someday he will learn.

After he had done his time he headed out and had a BLAST!

Grandpa set up the tent in the back yard. The kids were so excited, but a little scared to sleep out there by themselves, so Grandpa, (The good man that he is) decided he would stay with them. I am not sure how much sleep they had, but the next day there were some naps taking place.

One of the favorite things to do in New Mexico is sit outside and watch the bug zapper. I know sounds a little red neck, but the kids love it! They beg to put the bug zapper up, and then sit there forever just waiting for the bug to fly in, and then laughing as the poor little bugs life is taken. Crazy, but cheap entertainment!
