WE HAD A SLEEP OVER!!!!
We decided that it was time to stay the night at the new house. We have water, electricity, and nice comfy carpet! We had a great time, we didn't want to go to the other house in the morning. We had dinner and watched a movie.
Our little Ben zonked out, he partied too hard!!

Dad blowing up the air matress.

The kids thought they were going to get to sleep on it, little did they know the floor was calling their name!

Already for bed. What a fun experience!

Abi caught a bad bug this week. She was one sick little girl. She wouldn't let me comb her hair and this is what we ended up with, it was a mess!!!!

We were sooooo excited to have a visit from Grandma, Aunt JuJu, and the "Dominator"!! They brought Abi's bedroom furniture over, (by the way it is beautiful!! I will be posting pictures soon) They also brought the kids some fun Valentine gifts. Our kids are blessed with wonderful Grandparents. Grandma made Ben his very own pillow case and a pillow (I know, sad that he didn't already have a pillow.) We are very excited to say he has slept in his own bed every night since!!!

What handsome guys all ready for school. Thank you Grandma for the new duds we love them!!
Happy Valentines Day!!!
The kids had fun getting their class Valentines ready.Valentine Morning, the kids were surprised to have a little something from mom and dad. Kev had to spend the day in Kayenta at a Basketball tournament. We missed him but we had a good day.

Abi's new Valentine ear rings. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa in New Mexico! She was excited.

Ben thought Valentines was great! He highly enjoyed all of his treats from his school Valentine party!

For Christmas my mom gave us a quilting retreat. This was a chance for mom, me, Julie, Andrea, and Megan to all get together and make a quilt. Mom was a little worried that we weren't excited, but we were. We all met together on Friday afternoon and headed up Beaver mountian to stay in a cabin for the night. It was an amazing experience!!! I need to add that Mom and Andrea are the only experienced sewers, but we all managed to finish. Megan was the sewing queen! Julie and I are here just getting started, but if you look really close you will notice that Julie isn't really sewing anything! We had a great time just being together. Thanks so much mom what a wonderful experience!
Mom was right there helping us every step of the way.

My dear Andrea helped me finish the borders on my quilt. I was just ready to be done and she wanted to see me finish so she helped. I was so thankful to her!!
This was my view from my sewing machine. There was a beautiful Blue Jay watching us from the trees. It was a wonderful view.
The finished results! We couldnt' believe that we were all able to finish our quilts. They all turned out so good. What a great retreat we are excited for the next one.

Abi changed her ear rings. It was a bit dramatic but in the end she was pleased with the results.

We have a great tradition. Every year for super bowl we head to Phoenix to watch the game with Rusty, Tracy, Nathan, Papa flies in from Oklahoma, and GGMa and GGPa drive over. We have a great time hanging out on Saturday and then have a big party on Sunday. The preparations begin early.
Uncle Rusty cooking the delicious meat.
Let the game begin!

Fun times with GGMA!
The kids were sure that they would be able to go swimming while we were at Uncle Rusty's and Aunt Tracey's. Little did they know how cold it would be. They settled for putting their hands in it while Uncle Rusty was cooking the dinner for the party.
You had better believe we all had out 3-D glasses on for the commercials.
Kev quietly enjoying the fact that his team won! Yes he is a Steelers fan, the only one, in a room full of Cardinal fans.
On Saturday night Kev, Abi, Mac, Papa, and Rusty all headed to the Coyotes hockey game. They had a great time. While they were out Tracey, Ben, and I went to the new Sam's club. We had a great time. We all gained a few pounds from all the samples that we had, Ben out eating us by a long shot!!!

Bet you didn't know we had hockey players!

They left for the game a little early so they could watch the teams warm up.
Being able to sit so close during warm up was such a fun experience for the kids. They felt like they were coming right at them, and they said it was loud!!

Papa and Mac thinking the warm up is pretty cool!

The view from their seats.
Abi wanted me to show everyone her new basketball shoes. She is so excited to get started. She is a funny little girl we looked all over the mall to find the perfect pair!
