We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and hope you all have a great New Year. We had a fantastic holiday season. We were able to spend time with lots of family and friends and the spirit of Christmas was with us. For Christmas we went to Farmington New Mexico and spent Christmas with Kevins family.

Helping Grandpa fill and set out the luminaries.

This has been a great year for snow. When we arrived in Farmington it started to snow and snow and snow. The kids talked Grandpa into going out and building a snow man. Doesn't it look GREAT!
The kids had a good time decorating cookies for Santa. They worked hard and they were the best looking cookies I have ever seen.

When the kids were all done with the cookies Rusty and Tracy did a great job finishing up with the decorating.
Before Christmas we had a girls night out and did a little shopping. Abi decided it was time to get her ears pierced. She has been thinking about it for two years now, and finally she had mustard up enough nerve to follow through with it. She looks so cute with them.
Did Santa Really come?!!!!

I would have to say yes!

Uncle Rusty, Aunt Tracy, Nathan, Grandpa and Grandma Barela, GGma and GGpa, and PaPa all went together and gave the kids a Wii for Christmas. The kids were so excited they couldn't believe it. Thanks to everyone!!

June and I just enjoying all the excitment!

Sweet Abi playing her new DS game. She was so excited to get it.

Ben was so excited about his new bike and his tools. Here he is working on his bike with his tools. He is excited to go to the new house and help dad build.
Mac with his light saber just moment before he realeased it and hit himself in the eye giving himself a black eye.
Truly a kid at heart. Kev trying out Abis rip stick. We were all a little worried he would pull something.
Playing with the Air hogs. Santa brought Abi and Mac these cool little helicopters. Dad and Uncle Rusty thought they were fantastic. I am not sure who liked them more, Santa should have brought them one as well.
On Christmas we woke up to a beautiful layer of snow. We were all excited!!! We had a white Christmas. After opening gifts and before dinner Kev, Rusty, Grandpa and the kids decided they wanted to go tubbing. They had a great time!

Up they go.

Down they come!

Grandpa loads up with all the kids.

And they all go down together

Pull Uncle Rusy Pull!

Chriatmas dinner. What a great Chriatms day it was! We had fun enjoying what the season is all about, being together as a family.
Nathan wasn't feeling well so he sat by himself to the couch.
We were so excited to be able to see our close friends the Bloomfields. Shane and Kev grew up together so we love it when we share the same holidays in Farmington. We had a great visit and the kids were thrilled to see each other. We miss not being able to see them as much as we would like.

We had a great time playing games. Just ask the guys who won at hand and foot both times!! Look at thier faces they do a look a litte discouraged don't they!
MMMM what for lunch, maybe a burrito!! This is how Kev cleans up!
While we were in Farmington Kev was able to spend some time with his good friend Mike. They have been friend since elementary days. It was fun to see them together with their kids.
We are not sure what Santa was thinking apparently the kids were good this year! We had too much and so here is Kev loading our gear on top of the van. Yep we have become one of those families who have to attach their belongings to the top of their vehicle, oh well.
This picture is for Viv and Joe. Zac was determined to go with us and we were tempted to take him. He wouldn't get out of the van June didn't know what to think about it.
Loaded up and ready to go. The bag on top isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Yes that is June the dog in the front seat. What a dog!
When we arrived home we had a surprise waiting for us. Grandma and Grandpa in Beaver had sent the kids a little something they were so excited.
Oh My What is it!!! Pull kids pull.
The kids relaxing and enjoying their new kids love sac. Thanks Grandma they LOVE it!!!

Merry Christmas!
Christmas came early in Page, America. Because we go out of town for Christmas we open some of the gifts before we travel. We want to thank Grandma and Grandpa in Beaver for all the wonderful gifts. We are truly blessed to have so many people think about us this time of year.

I am so excited to announce the marriage of my little brother. We were blessed to attend their marriage on Saturday in the Salt Lake City Temple. It was one of those moments where all my memories of my little buddy flashed through my mind and I was just glad that I had the opportunity to have such a close relationship with such an amazing young man. Congratulations Jon and Megan. We Love Ya!!

Pure Bliss!!!
One big happy family!!!
